Expert Witness Services and Testimony
Mr. Winer is a credible and qualified Expert Witness experienced in the preparation of written expert testimony for litigation support in civil cases. He has provided written and oral testimony which has been utilized as the basis for advantageous settlement or trial purposes. As an Expert Witness, we are hired to provide an unbiased appraisal report for use in the court and as such, it should be noted that we are not an advocate for the client.
Our appraisers can act as independent consultants in the litigation process through your attorney. We will help draft deposition and interrogatory questions relating to appraisals, and appraisal methodology, as well as to assist in document request preparation. Our appraisers will also review discovery responses and documents in order to assist your attorney. In the event that we are hired only for litigation support, we may be an advocate for the client.
